1. What this site is
A page that shows what the Verigastu app does, with real screenshots of its prototype version. It does not sell anything, does not charge anything, does not register users and does not allow you to sign up for anything. To request an access code you need to go to verigastu.com.
2. What Verigastu is and what it is not
- It is a tool for keeping the expenses ledger and storing the justification for each expense.
- It is not a product of the Spanish Tax Agency or the Ministry of Finance, nor is it affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- It does not issue invoices, nor is it a computerised invoicing system subject to Verifactu.
- It is not tax advice. Its warnings cite published criteria of the Directorate-General for Taxation (DGT), but the app never decides for you and is no substitute for an adviser.
3. The assistant on this page
It is an optional aid whose answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model from the product documentation. It can be wrong. Do not use it to decide whether a specific expense of yours is deductible, and do not type personal data into it. It has daily usage limits: once they are used up, it stops answering until the next day.
4. What we guarantee and what we do not
We try to make sure that what is said here is accurate and up to date, and every legal citation is checked against the text of the rule before it is published. Even so, this website is provided "as is": continuous availability and the absence of errors are not guaranteed, and tax rules change. The official text in force always prevails.
5. Acceptable use
You may read, share and link to this page freely. You may not use automated means to overload the site or the assistant, or reproduce its contents and pass them off as your own.
6. Ownership
The texts, screenshots, brand and graphic elements belong to the owner. The VERIGASTU trade mark is pending registration.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information on this website or from tax decisions taken on the basis of it. Responsibility for the accuracy of the data declared and for compliance with tax obligations always lies with the taxpayer.

These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
