This website (verigastu.es) is the presentation page for the Verigastu product. Access to the app is requested at verigastu.com, where you are asked for a code. At present, nothing is contracted and nothing is charged.
What Verigastu is
A web app that helps a self-employed person keep their expenses ledger and store the justification for each expense, and that generates the ledger in Excel and a supporting dossier to respond to an information request from the Tax Agency.
What Verigastu is NOT
- It is not a product of the Tax Agency or the Ministry of Finance. It is an independent product, neither affiliated with them nor endorsed by them. The resemblance of the name to "Verifactu" is purely phonetic.
- It is not a computerised invoicing system and does not issue invoices, so it is not subject to the regulation on verifiable invoicing systems (Verifactu).
- It is not tax advice. It is a support tool based on published criteria of the Dirección General de Tributos (the Spanish Directorate-General for Taxation); it does not replace the advice of a tax adviser.
Use of this website
This website is for information purposes. It requires no registration, has no private area and sells nothing. The contents, texts, screenshots and graphic elements belong to the owner, unless otherwise indicated.
The screenshots correspond to the published prototype version of the app. The data shown in them (suppliers, amounts, invoice numbers and justifications) belong to a fictitious self-employed person created for the demonstration: there is no real data about any person.
The assistant on this page
The website includes a conversational assistant that answers questions about the product. Its answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model from the Verigastu documentation: they may contain errors and do not constitute tax advice. The final word always lies with the legislation and, in any specific case, with an adviser. The privacy policy explains what happens to what you type into it.

Liability
The owner endeavours to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the continuous availability of the site. The figures, dates and legal criteria quoted are checked against the text of the legislation before publication; even so, the rules change and the official text in force always prevails.
